We replace damaged items or offer a refund. Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipping box as we are always very careful with our packing.

If your package is damaged during transit, please check the products inside and notify us immediately.

Order Cancellation
If you change mind, you can cancel your order within 8 hours from the purchasing time of the same day.

After that, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (50% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
